Hartsville Living (“hartsvilleliving.com”, “we”, “us”, “our”) welcomes you, fellow human (“you” or “your”). Hartsville Living and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates owns and operates this website and all associated sites linked to hartsvilleliving.com by Hartsville Living (collectively, the “Site”), and by visiting, using, or purchasing from the Site you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, don’t use this Site. Our feelings will be hurt a little, but as Celine might wail, our hearts will go on.

Hartsville Living reserves the right at any time and at our sole discretion to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms without prior notice. You may post or submit comments, reviews, ideas, questions, images, photos, and other content so long as the content complies with the law and with these Terms. You grant Hartsville Living a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, and adapt any content you post or submit. Hartsville Living reserves the right (but not the obligation) to edit or delete any content you post or submit.

No unlawful or prohibited use. You may not use the Site in any manner that (is):

Hartsville Living does not warrant that product descriptions or related content are complete, accurate, reliable, or error-free. Title and risk of loss for any items you purchase pass to you upon our delivery to a common carrier. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times for any purchases. You are responsible for any foreign transaction or other processing fee your financial institution may charge for processing your payment. All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

In addition, graphics, logos, and icons are trademarks or trade dress of Hartsville Living in the U.S. and other countries. Hartsville Living’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Hartsville Living’s or in any manner likely to cause confusion among customers. All other trademarks not owned by Hartsville Living that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

Copyright

If You believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on the Site in any way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a notice containing the following information to the address listed below:

General

The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hartsville Living. By using the Site, you agree that all matters relating to your use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of South Carolina. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the federal and state courts of  Darlington County, South Carolina, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. Hartsville Living reserves the right to make changes to the Site, Privacy Policy, and these Terms at any time, without notice. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. Hartsville Living’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver by Hartsville Living of any provision or any right it has to enforce these Terms.
